  2. Committed to a cause - Unsung heroes are committed to give more than they take. They are focused on the big picture and are willing to sacrifice time and effort for the good of others, whether in the family or the organisation they work with.
  3. Courage means doing the right thing - even if it puts you at a disadvantage, and even if it causes the people around you to think about you differently. It's never an easy choice, but if you trust that it's the right one, then it is. 
  4.
